Services

Most work is done right where your vehicle sits — your driveway, your parking spot at work, or wherever it broke down. Not sure what's wrong? That's normal. Describe what it's doing and Josh will figure it out — he's been doing this for 15 years.

Car & Truck Repair

Red light — stop driving and call Amber light — get it looked at soon

Oil & Fluid Changes

If it's been a while, or a sticker on your windshield says you're overdue.

Oil, filter and topping up the other fluids. Takes about half an hour and you never leave the house.

Brakes

If you hear squealing or grinding, feel shaking when you slow down, or the pedal goes soft.

Pads, rotors, calipers and brake lines. Worn brakes get more expensive the longer they're left, so this one is worth calling about early.

Check Engine Light

If that little orange engine symbol is on and you don't know how worried to be.

Josh pulls the code, tests the actual part, and tells you in plain English what it means — including when the answer is "that can wait."

Won't Start

If it clicks, cranks slowly, or does nothing at all when you turn the key.

Battery, alternator or starter — these three get blamed for each other constantly. Josh tests which one it actually is instead of guessing, then replaces it on the spot.

Rough Ride & Steering

If you hear clunking over bumps, the car pulls to one side, or it bounces after a dip.

Struts, shocks, ball joints, tie rods, control arms and bushings. Usually there's no warning light for this — you feel it before the car tells you.

Tune-Ups & Maintenance

If it's running rough, hesitating, or you've just fallen behind on upkeep.

Spark plugs, coils, belts and filters. Good for older vehicles and anything with a long commute ahead of it.

Overheating

If the temperature gauge climbs, you smell something sweet, or there's steam under the hood.

Radiators, hoses, thermostats and water pumps. Worth stopping the car for — driving on can turn a small bill into a very large one.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Before you hand over cash for a used car.

Josh looks it over first and tells you what he'd want fixed. Cheaper than finding out afterwards.

How it works

  1. Tell Josh what it's doing. Call or text. You don't need to know the part name — "it shakes when I brake" is plenty.
  2. He comes to you. Home, work, wherever it's parked. No tow truck, no sitting in a waiting room.
  3. You hear the price first. Josh explains what he found and what it costs before any work starts.

Prices depend on the vehicle and the parts it needs, so Josh quotes each job rather than posting a list. Ask and he'll give you a straight number.

Not sure if it's something Josh does? Just ask.
